BlueCruzin’ Terms & Conditions

1. Bookings and Rides

• All tours must be pre-booked.
• A 20% non refundable deposit is required to confirm bookings for up to 2 bikes.
• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm bookings for 3 bikes or more.
• Passengers must arrive on time at the prearranged pick up point. Ride duration will commence at the pre-booked start times and will not extend past the pre booked finish time.
• Passengers affected by drugs or alcohol will be refused a ride. Payment will not be refunded.

2. Cancellations/Rescheduling

• Booking deposits are non refundable for all cancellations.
• Pre-booked rides can be rescheduled provided a minimum of three days notice is provided.
• In the event of rain:
  • Riders will contact passengers 2 hours before the scheduled ride start time to advise if the ride will go ahead.
  • If the ride does not go ahead it can be rescheduled to a time mutually agreeable to both parties falling within a month of the original booking date.
  • Where rescheduling options are not applicable the value of the non refundable booking fee can be transferred to gift voucher/s.

3. Clothing and Protective Wear.

• For all rides passengers must wear:
  • Long pants covering the entire leg (jeans are recommended)
  • Enclosed shoes that cover the entire foot and preferably the ankle
    (boots are recommended)
• Riders will refuse passengers who are not dressed in the appropriate clothing. Payment will not be refunded.

4. Event Escorts: Weddings, Formals, Hens Nights, etc…

• Minimum charge is $150 per bike.
• Non refundable booking fee policy applies to all Event Escort bookings
  • 20% - up to 2 bikes
  • 50% -3 bikes or more.
• Escorts will turn up rain hail or shine however in circumstances of unavoidable cancellation booking deposit for the Event Escort service can be transferred to gift voucher/s.

5. Gift Vouchers

• Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase
